Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork chunks
    2 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
    3/4 c. green pepper strips
    1/4 c. onion strips
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Pour layer of spareribs in pan.
    Cover with layer of onions. Pour barbecue sauce over.
    Cover; bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Uncover last 1/2 hour.
