Vegetarischer Eintopf(Vegetarian Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 oz. carrots
    13 oz. potatoes
    13 oz. french green beans
    9 oz. medium tomatoes
    9 oz. cauliflower
    2 medium onions
    2 oz. butter or margarine
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. yeast extract
    1 tsp. chopped basil leaves
    18 fl. oz. vegetable stock
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Wipe, peel and wash the carrots.
    Wash, peel and rinse the potatoes.
    Dice both ingredients.
    Top and tail the beans and remove the strings if necessary.
    Wash the beans and cut or break them into pieces.
    Place the tomatoes in boiling water briefly (do not boil them), rinse with cold water and remove the skins. Remove the cores and cut the tomatoes into quarters.
    Wash the cauliflower and divide into florets, peel and chop the onions.
