Grandma'S Nut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 small egg
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt with pastry blender. Cut in Crisco until it resembles coarse crumbs.
    In a small bowl, beat egg, cold water and cider vinegar, then add to flour mixture. Stir until dough forms a ball.
    Divide in half.
    Wrap in plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Use only 1 ball in this pie.
