Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 c. sugar
1 can Baker's coconut or 1 c. fresh coconut
4 heaping Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix flour with sugar.
Add milk.
Separate eggs and slightly beat yolks and add them to mixture.
Put in double boiler or saucepan and cook slowly, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add coconut and pour in baked pie shell.
