Chili Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork butt, cut up
    onion
    salt
    pepper
    garlic
    1 jar Ortega chili (hot or medium)
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown pork.
    Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Pour in Ortega chili and 1/2 can tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water.
    Simmer for ?? hours.
