New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 lb. sour cream
Preparation
    Blend the cottage cheese and cream cheese.
    Add the sugar to cheese mixture.
    Blend the eggs, lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch, flour and butter to the cheese mixture.
    Blend in sour cream. Pour into greased spring-form pan.
    Place in a cold oven.
    Set at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn off heat.
    Let stay for 2 hours. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
    Serve with fruit or plain.
