Popovers(6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt.
    Beat eggs slightly and add the milk and melted butter.
    Pour liquid into dry ingredients, beating until batter is smooth.
    Fill greased, large custard cups 1/2 full.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then decrease oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes more.
    Fill hollow center with jam or scrambled eggs.
