20 Minute Beef Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 container triple beef, defrosted
    1 (8 oz.) jar mild salsa
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
Preparation
    Place beef pieces and cooking liquid, salsa and chili powder in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low; cover tightly and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add beans; heat through.
    Serve with cheese and onion.
    Makes 4 servings.
