Ingredients

1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
When dissolved, add sugar, salt, oil and 2 cups of flour.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in about 1 1/2 cups flour.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Place in greased bowl.
Let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about 45 minutes).
