Macadamia Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. pineapple juice
    juice of 1 fresh lemon, squeezed
    juice of 1 fresh orange, squeezed
    whipping cream
    4 c. (5 to 6) apples
    4 oz. flaked coconut
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks
    1 jar Macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Boil first 6 ingredients in top of double boiler until thickened.
    Put in refrigerator to cool.
    Whip up whipping cream and put in refrigerator to cool.
    Mix cooled sauce, 1 cup whipped cream and remaining ingredients.
    Serve cold.
