Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. cooked rice
1 large can tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cut stems from peppers.
Take out seeds and wash peppers. Drain.
Brown ground beef and onion together.
Drain.
Mix all other ingredients, except cheese.
Stuff peppers and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
