Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. uncooked, rolled oats
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in oats.
    Set aside.
    Beat egg, milk and oil in a separate bowl.
    Add milk mixture to flour mixture.
    Stir just until dry ingredients are wet.
    Fill greased muffin pans half full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yields 12 muffins.
