Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/8-inch slices to within 1/2-inch from bottom of potatoes.
    Drizzle part of butter into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place spuds cut side up; drizzle some butter on top of potatoes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and remaining butter.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes.
