Easy Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box spice cake mix
1 (8 oz.) jar mixed fruits and peels
1 (4 oz.) jar candied cherries
1 (4 oz.) jar candied pineapple
1 c. golden light raisins
2 eggs
1 c. pecans
1 c. walnuts
1/4 c. dates, chopped
1/4 c. prunes, chopped
pineapple juice (in place of water for cake mix)
Preparation

Mix cake with eggs and pineapple juice.
Flour fruits and nuts and add to cake batter.
Pour into two bread pans that have been buttered and dusted with flour.
Fill 3/4 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
