Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. broken walnuts
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. orange juice
1 c. orange marmalade
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a large bowl. Add walnuts and orange rind; stir to coat evenly.
In a separate bowl, beat orange juice, marmalade, eggs and melted butter until blended.
Add to dry ingredients; mix.
Bake in a well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Cool before cutting.
Makes 1 loaf.
