Caramel Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 jar \"Smuckers\" caramel ice cream topping
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (peanuts)
    Granny Smith apples
    pineapple juice
Preparation
    Beat together softened cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and caramel topping until smooth.
    Reserved 1 tablespoon chopped nuts. Add remainder to dip.
    Sprinkle reserved nuts on top.
    Slice unpeeled Granny Smith apples that have been dipped in pineapple juice to keep from turning brown.
