London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
    4 tsp. Adolph's tenderizer
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Accent
    4 Tbsp. cooking sherry (dry)
Preparation
    Cut a large \"X\" on both sides of roast.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Place in casserole and marinate beef overnight in refrigerator, covered.
    Then grill or broil approximately 5 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Baste with remaining marinade.
