Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 5 lb.) roast (any cut will do)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place roast in a slow cooker or crock-pot.
    Mix cream of mushroom soup and dry soup mix until smooth.
    Pour over roast. Cook on high for 3 hours.
    Turn heat down to low and cook 5 to 8 hours longer.
