Pickled Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 small onion, diced
    3/4 c. Mazola oil
    1 small jar pimento
    1 can English peas, drained
    1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat sugar, oil and vinegar.
    Pour over mixture.
    Chill overnight.
