Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/3 c. instant dry milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 c. water
1/4 c. canola oil
Preparation

Sift flour, dry milk, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Add egg whites, water and oil.
Blend together with whisk.
Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet until hot on medium heat.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
Turn when lightly browned underneath.
Makes 4 servings.
