Homemade Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh tomatoes
    baking soda
    milk
    butter
    parsley
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Drop your tomatoes into a pot of boiling water and cook for a few minutes.
    Then drop them into very cold water.
    This makes them easier to peel.
    After peeling your tomatoes, squeeze out as many seeds as possible and discard the seeds.
    Combine the tomatoes with a pinch of baking soda and mash.
    (You can run it through a blender, food processor, use a beater or whatever you like to use.)
    Heat with milk, butter, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
