Lelia'S Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb, diced
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 small box dry strawberry Jell-O
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 box white or yellow cake mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix together rhubarb, sugar and dry Jell-O.
Spread mixture in bottom of greased pan.
Sprinkle marshmallows over mixture.
Mix a cake mix according to directions on cake mix box and pour over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0
for 40 to 45 minutes.
