Alice'S Scalloped Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crackers, crushed (soda or saltine)
    1/2 c. celery leaves, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    onion powder
    salt
    pepper
    milk
Preparation
    In square, greased baking pan, spread crackers on bottom. Sprinkle some celery leaves and sprinkle some onion powder, salt and pepper.
    Continue to layer ingredients until all crackers and celery are used.
    Pour on milk until it can be seen through the crackers. Top with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour (brown top).
