Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large head iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1 medium yellow onion, diced
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (12 oz.) bag taco flavored tortilla chips, crushed
    1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cook meat until brown and crumbly; drain. Set aside to cool. Shred the lettuce into a large bowl.
    Add diced onion, cheese and crushed chips.
    Mix and toss.
    Add cooled meat and toss again. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
    Five minutes before serving, add entire bottle of dressing.
    Mix and toss. Serve.
