Duck Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 star anise, crushed
    1 (16 oz.) peach preserves
    2 Tbsp. rice wine
    1 Tbsp. Five Spice powder*
Preparation
    * Mix ground cloves, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and crushed hunan peppers.
