Pecan Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour (plain)
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 medium size Cool Whip
    2 boxes instant vanilla pudding (lemon or chocolate; optional)
    3 c. milk
    1 medium size Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix together flour, oleo and nuts. Pat out crust in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes and cool.
