Stir-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 envelope chicken bouillon
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. hot rice or Chinese noodles
Preparation

This recipe takes about 45 minutes to prepare.
Before starting, slice chicken (cuts better if partially frozen) crosswise into 1/4-inch strips.
