Easy Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef roast
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place
    roast
    in a roasting pan.
    Rub
    thoroughly
    with onion soup
    mix.\tPour undiluted mushroom
    soup
    over
    roast. Cook at 250\u00b0 for about 4 hours.
    Leave covered during cooking. No need to add salt or pepper.
