1-2-3-4 Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 can pinto beans or small red beans
    1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1 can minestrone soup
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Drain off fat.
    Add beans, soup and Ro-Tel.
    Add 1 cup of water or more if needed; simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
    The ingredients can be doubled for a large family.
