Spicy Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers (tops and seeds removed)
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    8 oz. picante sauce
Preparation
    Cook peppers in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and rinse in cold water.
    Combine beef, onion, rice and seasonings, then spoon the mixture into the peppers.
    Place the peppers in a greased baking dish, top with the picante sauce and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
