Ingredients

1 angel food cake, broken into bite size pieces
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice)
1 large pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 small carton lite Cool Whip
Preparation

Break cake into pieces.
Pour pineapple and juice over cake. Mix pudding and fat-free milk according to package directions. Pour over the first mixture and chill.
Add whipped toping when ready to serve.
