Single Pastry Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. safflower oil
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and salt.
    Mix together oil and milk. Add to flour, using a pastry blender or fork. Work mixture into a soft dough. Add additional milk if needed.
    Form into ball.
    Roll out on a well floured pastry cloth.
    Place in a 9-inch pie plate. Flute edges.
    If a baked shell is needed, prick bottom and side of crust with fork.
    If filling and crust are to be baked together, do not prick crust.
