Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 c. shredded cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
French bread
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain grease.
Line pan with French bread. Spread sausage evenly over bread.
Spread cheese over sausage. Scramble together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over bread in pan.
Soak overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
