Cottage Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. instant mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and onion in medium skillet.
Cook until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.
Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions, season with salt and pepper. Spoon meat mixture into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cover with a thick layer of potatoes and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated thoroughly and cheese is melted.
