Ginger Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced carrots (1/8-inch thick)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Cook carrots in boiling water until tender.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Drain carrots.
Add sauce and toss to coat.
Serves 4.
