Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pastry, baked 13 to 15 minutes
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. half and half
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine eggs, yolks, half and half and seasonings; stir in cheese.
Sprinkle bacon in shell.
Gently pour custard over.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes, until custard puffs.
