Six Layer Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. potatoes (raw), sliced
2 c. celery, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. raw onions, sliced
1 c. green peppers, chopped
2 c. tomatoes, canned
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Lightly oil baking dish; place ingredients in the order given in layers in a 8 x 12-inch pan, sprinkling salt and pepper over layers.
Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Yield:
6 servings. Carbohydrate 15 g, protein 16 g, fat 11 g, calories 223.
One serving = 2 meat medium fat exchange, 1 bread starch exchange.
