Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Snack crackers such as Ritz
Candy making almond bark melting chocolate
Creamy Peanut Butter

Preparation

Sandwich two snack crackers together with a generous amount of peanut butter. Press together so peanut butter spreads to edge. Using tongs or a fork, dip crackers into melted chocolate coating. Can use a small bowl and melt enough chocolate to get about 1/2 inch deep. Be careful to microwave slowly, stirring every little bit until creamy.
