Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fettucine
    6 tsp. butter
    1 clove garlic
    1 2/3 c. light cream
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    2 tsp. fresh parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Drain in colander and keep warm.
    Heat butter in saucepan until melted.
    Add garlic and saute.
    Stir in cream. Heat until hot, about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in grated cheese, parsley and pepper.
    Arrange noodles on platter. Pour sauce over noodles and toss.
    Garnish with fresh parsley.
