Sausage And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices cubed white bread (no crust)
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Lightly grease an oblong casserole dish.
    Place bread cubes in bottom of dish in a single layer.
    Sprinkle sausage and mushrooms on bread; top with cheeses.
    Combine eggs, half and half and spices.
    Pour over all; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
