Special Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
    1/2 lb. good quality dry beef, torn into pieces
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Grease casserole with butter.
    Line bottom with dry beef. Place chicken slices on top.
    Mix soup and sour cream together; add fresh mushrooms.
    Spread on top of chicken.
    Cover dish with foil; place in refrigerator overnight to saute.
    Before baking, let casserole set at room temperature for 1/2 hour.
    Bake, covered, at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Check while baking. Uncover last 30 to 45 minutes to brown.
    Good served with rice or buttered noodles.
