Overnight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. lemon pie filling mix
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
1 to 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Prepare pudding mix as directed on package.
(You may use whole eggs rather than just the yolks.)
Mix in lemon juice and cool. Fold in whipped cream.
Add to cream mixture.
Add fruit cocktail and marshmallows, stirring gently until blended.
Refrigerate overnight.
