Christmas Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices white bread
    12 oz. grated sharp cheese
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Take crust off bread and cut into cubes.
    Grease 7 1/2 x 12-inch casserole and mix bread and cheese.
    Beat eggs and milk; stir in seasonings.
    Then pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. This will puff up but fall outside of oven.
