Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken, undiluted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes, combine with butter, salt and pepper.
    Add onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole.
