Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or regular sausage
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Allow sausage and Cheddar cheese to sit at room temperature; work into Bisquick, making a stiff dough.
    Roll into small balls; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Can be frozen.
