Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. diced fresh tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chives
1 medium cucumber, chopped
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
black pepper to taste
2 c. V-8 juice (your flavor choice!)
lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
horseradish to taste
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Combine and chill for at least 2 hours.
