Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. parched peanuts
    4 qt. popped corn (no oil or salt)
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sorghum syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook last 4 ingredients to soft ball stage.
    Pour over popcorn, stirring until all corn is coated.
    Add peanuts, of course.
    Place in preheated oven at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Store in airtight container.
