Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans plain or jalapeno bean dip
1 c. green onions, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans chopped black olives (optional)
shredded cheese
Preparation

Combine the first four ingredients.
Combine the next 3 ingredients.
Use long dish.
Spread bean dip on bottom and sides of dish, then spread sour cream mix.
Top with avocado mix. Sprinkle tomatoes, onions and olives on top.
Garnish with shredded cheese.
