Microwave Cheesecake(Makes 9-Inch Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg yolks, lemon juice and peel until smooth.
