Chicken Broccoli Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    1 small onion
    1 medium red or green sweet pepper
    1 can Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    cooked rice for 4
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips.
    In skillet, heat oil and cook 1/2 of chicken at a time, until brown.
    Cut onion and pepper into 1-inch squares; add to chicken in skillet.
    Cook until tender-crisp. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
